Returns Policy

PotRackUSA's handmade spice, lid, cookware and pot racks are made when ordered, due to the huge number of possible combinations of design, length, width and color it is basically impossible to stock all of the possible combinations, there is a return policy only on a few of our most popular racks which have a 25% minimum restocking fee. Basically if you order one of our pot racks it is best to be sure that it is what you want. We are always glad to help answer any questions you might have to assist in your selection.

We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship and will either replace or repair any defects free of charge.

• Customer is responsible for freight both ways. If there is shipping damage call us immediately as we insure all of our shipments and it is the customers responsibility to inspect for damages either obvious or hidden.
• My hay bale handling equipment and Fence Runner may be returned unused, 25% restocking fee, buyer pays all freight. contact us at at 800 283 7107 or info@hayspear.com and we will arrange for return.
• No Products can be returned 'just because you don't like the product.

We guarantee our hand crafted products like our pot racks to be free of detects in materials & workmanship. If product is damaged, the purchaser must report it to the shipping company when it is delivered to you. If the product has hidden damage contact UPS, USPS or other service that shipped it and also contact us. They will send a driver to look at the damage and will pick it up and send it back to us. We will either fix it or make another one at our option. If you do not do this then, you are on your own. We are glad to help and our products are carefully inspected and shipped without damage or flaws.

We normally ship UPS ground, but other shippers are available if necessary. PotRackUSA Pot Pan Lid and Spice racks have free shipping if shippable by UPS in 48 states. Truck freight and all other products are shipped at additional cost or can be picked up at our facility with no freight coat. All other products are shipped by UPS & Larger items are shipped by Old Dominion Freight Line truck or your choice. It is a lot less expensive to ship to a business location with loading dock, forklift and posted hours like a feed store, implement dealer, hardware store etc. or other business location.
